1. Will my drawings be safe after sending to you?
Yes, we can sign the NDA before cooperation, so for sure we will keep them well and not release them to the third party without your permission.
2. What is the MOQ?
Usually, we don’t set MOQ, but the more, the cheaper. Besides, we are happy to make prototype or sample for clients to ensure quality standard.
3. DO you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
It is an honor to provide a sample. Usually, sample fee is two times of batch unit price and it will be returned to mass production.
4. What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T,Paypal. If it’s more than USD 5,000 we accept a 60% deposit by T/T in advance, and the remaining 40% before shipment by T/T.
5. How quickly can I get my parts?
It depends upon the complexity, size and quantity of the item you need. Quality parts can be made in as little as one week if you provide us with complete 2D and 3D CAD models. More complex parts requiring or other special features will take longer. We will give you an approximate delivery time in your quotation. As for shipping, 3-7days by air-express. 15-30 days by ocean shipping globally.
6. How can I be confident in your quality?
We have an established quality system and are committed to customer satisfaction and continual improvement. All our products are subjected to in-process inspections at various stages of production by well-trained and qualified operators.
7. Can you supply completed parts?
Yes, when extra details such as sandblasting, anodizing, powder coating, plating, polishing ,brushing ,e-coating etc are required ,also offer assembly work.
8. What materials does Sinorise work with?
We’re capable of working on machining projects with a complex array of components and materials – from aluminum ,stainless steel ,brass ,copper ,bronze ,carbon steel, and plastics.
9. Do you design the products?
Product designs and drawings are provided by the customer.
10. What design files can you accept from our company?
Most CAD based programs, e.g. DWG, DXF, IGES, STEP ,Solid works
11. How much time do you need to give me a quote?
Usually, a quotation for a product is sent within 24 Hours after we receive the inquiry with all the necessary details.
12. What information do you need for a quotation?
To make a good quotation, we will need the following things:
1.Product drawings or 3D model data files.
2.The quantity of products you are going to make.
3. Part material.
4. Surface treatment.
13. Is it possible to know how are my products going on without visiting your company?
We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining progress.
14. Can you make machining parts based on our samples?
Yes, we can make measurement based on your samples to make drawings for machining parts making.
15. How soon can I get samples?
Depending on your specific project, it usually takes 10 to 20 days.
